My son let me know that these little lozenges do help him when the cravings hit hard. He still smokes but these help cut down on the amount that he smokes. I’m 4 days now smoke free! I know it might not seem like a long time, but I struggled to not buy cigarettes the first couple of days. Especially in the mornings when my cravings are the worse. Today I woke up not craving to smoke, had my coffee and had a lozenge. Throughout the day I had little to no craving for the lozenges either. These are 4 mg so I felt good after I started to get cravings the first day and replaced my morning cigarette with a mint lozenge that took the cravings right away. I take one when I wake up to change my usual habit of lighting up first thing in the morning. So far, I have cut my smoking by half and it has only been 3 weeks. This is great and I can actually see that stopping is possible. The cherry taste is okay and there is no aftertaste. This really is working for me and plan to keep going and quit for good! Im not sure if it worked completely but I didn't want to smoke as much as I usually do so it has to have some type of effect.
