The higher amounts sometimes make my heart flutter a bit, and that's a little concerning. These lozenges do help even though they're the lower dose. The key, though, when quitting smoking or any other habit, is you have to really, really want to. If you don't make up your mind that you're going to do it, all the lozenges in the world won't help.

I found the mint flavor in this one was exceptionally strong at first. After using several times the mint flavor becomes not so strong and overpowering. Does work in removing most of the cravings for the cigarette.

I love the Cherry Ice flavor as cherry and mint are my typical go to flavors so this has both in one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to quit smoking for some time now and have tried various different methods of curbing my dependence on nicotine. I tried vaping for a while, but was still smoking, and could not ever get into the habit of using nicotine gum or other replacement methods. I tried these lozenges on a whim, and I have to say, after the first few weeks of trying to break the psychological habit, I can honestly say that they have helped me cut back on smoking. They are decent sized and last for a while, and the taste is somewhat minty, but not overpowering, which is great since spearmint was never really my favorite flavor. Some of the smaller, Tic-Tac sized mints that I had previously tried kind of burned and irritated my mouth, and I have not had any problems. Before I committed to these, I was averaging about a pack per day, and now I have about cut that in half. Each tube contains 27 lozenges, which last about three day, when combined with smoking. Still, I plan to continue to use these while I cut back on smoking, and will be purchasing more of these in the future.
