They help fight your cravings. They have an amazing cherry flavor and not only do they work for Nicotine withdrawal but they are a great distraction to chew on them to keep yoy busy and not thinking about smoking. It is convenient to have a lozenges on the go, it lasts long under my tongue, the cherry ice flavor is good, I like it and I have not thinking about of smoking for days.

These lozenges have been very effective as far as getting me through when i start to have issues. So much better to use these than trying to go cold turkey.

But the flavor didn't stop me from using them! So I actually vape, in the highest nic strength. I use a juul. I've never thought a ton about quitting, the gum never did a lot. But these really made me "forget" about my urge to vape. It was easy to put it in the side of my cheek. The downside for some may be that it literally lasts for HOURS! To me it was good, because for hours I didn't need to vape! Try them!!

The size for these are very easy to carry around day to day and it's much smaller than a pack of smokes. The taste of these are great and they keep my mouth occupied when I have cravings as well as calm any symptoms of withdrawal, it's fantastic.
