It is convenient to have a lozenges on the go, it lasts long under my tongue, the cherry ice flavor is good, I like it and I have not thinking about of smoking for days.

I take one when I wake up to change my usual habit of lighting up first thing in the morning. So far, I have cut my smoking by half and it has only been 3 weeks. This is great and I can actually see that stopping is possible. The cherry taste is okay and there is no aftertaste. This really is working for me and plan to keep going and quit for good! These lozengers have left me smoke free for two weeks now. When i wake up in morning i take one and the craving is gone. Then when i feel like i want a cigarette i take another one and i feel satisfied for few hours. I only use about six to eight lozenger a day to start off with. Now i am down to four a day. It only took me a few days for my cravings for a cigarette to fade away. Now everytime i have craving i just take a lozenger and i feel good. This product definitely works to satisfy your cravings for a cigarette. I also love that these lozengers are mini in size and the case is easy to store in my purse or even my pockets. They have a great mint taste to them. And they don't take long to dissolve in your mouth. I am so happy to have found a great product to use to stop smoking.
