I had the mint flavor which was pretty good however I wasn't able to successfully use them because I kept getting a burning feeling in my throat almost like an acid reflux feeling. These are really a game changer! They are very tiny and you don’t have to chew on it! The flavor is fine and there is no burning sensation! I don’t know if they fully cut it when it comes to cravings however this is 2mg and maybe I should give the 4 a go! All in all it’s a great product that I can at least give my best shot with!

I didn't really think it hard much of a cherry flavor at all though. All in all I would recommend this product if you are trying to slow down on smoking.

You gradually step down in amount over the course of time.  I think as with any bad habit the first couple of weeks are the hardest. It has a pleasant mint taste making it super easy to take. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very strong in taste and effect. Even for a heavy smoker so far taking just one versus two as it’s recommended. We’ll see if it’s effective in actually helping to quit smoking (fingers crossed). The first time I wasn’t used to it so it made me feel a little off, even slightly nauseous and dizzy. Hoping that with time it’ll go away but for now it just feels very strong.
