I have not been a heavy smoker but most days I was at an average of a half a pack a day. Before using these, I was down to an average of 5 cigarettes per day. I do not like the smell anymore on my hair and clothing. Plus my health is more important now.I usually do not smoke my first cigarette until about an hour after waking up. So I was matched with this 2mg tablet. I am in day 3 of No cigarettes and I feel super confident I can finally kick this old habit. I take one of these tablets maybe every 2 hours and especially if I am getting a craving. The mint flavor takes getting used to but is pleasant. They can take around 15 minutes to fully dissolve because you need to avoid drinking before or during the process for best results. The higher amounts sometimes make my heart flutter a bit, and that's a little concerning. These lozenges do help even though they're the lower dose. The key, though, when quitting smoking or any other habit, is you have to really, really want to. If you don't make up your mind that you're going to do it, all the lozenges in the world won't help.
