I take one when I wake up to change my usual habit of lighting up first thing in the morning. So far, I have cut my smoking by half and it has only been 3 weeks. This is great and I can actually see that stopping is possible. The cherry taste is okay and there is no aftertaste. This really is working for me and plan to keep going and quit for good! I found myself craving cigarettes less although I still continued to smoke some. I really liked the size of the lozenges and they taste good. I do think with the right mindset and continous use of the lozenges it could really help you quit smoking.
