Its probably not as sophisticated as some of the new sprays and patches, but for me it is super functional. I like the smaller size because it has less fillers and more of the base ingredient - the nicotine. If you're trying to quit smoking it is a great option. Very indiscreet and compact so I can carry them in my purse or even put them in my pocket. The cherry ice favor is by far my favorite, slightly like a fruity cooling sensation that last quite a long time. The container has a twist off cap and it is easy and convenient to carry in my pocket or purse. I like having the ability to have them handy when I need them.
