I've went from 2 - 3 packs a day down to 10, maybe 12 cigarettes a day. I never would have been able to do it without them. Instead of a cigarette when I get up now I have a cup of coffee and a Lozenge. The flavor is definitely better than a cigarette. I absolutely recommend them.

It's a great substitution to quit and go fresh in your house for good! Really lasts and is convenient to pop in your mouth during a bad nicotine episode. It is strong taste, long lasting and the strength of the taste and fix is what hooked me to quit with this method.

I like cherry flavored stuff but I was a little uncertain about the ice part but honestly they aren't bad at all. They help with cravings incredibly well. If you're wanting to quit you should def give these a try! Just don't give up, stick with it & you will find yourself cigarette free!

I can have one in my mouth and still speak normally at meetings and throughout my daily routine without anyone knowing. The small container fits easily in my pocket too.

They do work as a stop smoking aid but as anyone knows it’s very hard. For me I’m taking it slow. Baby steps. And trying hard. I do find myself sneaking though but I get better as time goes on. It does fill the nicotine urge but I have other addictions with smoking that’s still a whole other world such as hand to mouth. That’s the hard thing and I’m used to it. These are 4 mg so if you smoke with in the first 30 of waking up you’ll want this mg. Plus it comes with plenty to last. They still taste fresh.

The 4mg has stronger nicotine, and I always put 1 under my tongue, it lasts a while for me. I like the cherry ice flavor. The most important thing is it helps me stop smoking, it is small tube, easy to take 1 tube with me in my pocket. I like it really works for me, thanks.
