This is the best smoked salmon I have ever eaten. Great rich umami flavor, moist, and not salty. I prefer this to more traditional lox.

Good quality Salmon. However, I much prefer Pacific salmon. Also, too much salt was used. I prefer smoking to firmer flesh.
