I?ve worked for 3 very large hospitality groups and this salmon is FABULOUS! I pick 2 up every month on my Sams visits! Its delightful! I add it to anything that compliments it....or just eat it along side micro greens or French-style egg scramble. The cream adds more richness to the salmon ?

The smoked fish is very good and works well on numerous recipes. However, within the description it states the product can be frozen for up to 12 months; 3 lines later it states not to freeze. Not sure which is correct. Best solution is to just use the entire pack within 3-4 days of opening and keep well refrigerated.

This is probaly THE best smoked fish Ive ever had. Hands down.
