Member's Mark Scoopable Clumping Cat Litter, Fresh Clean Scent, 42 lb.

It’s not as scented as I thought but it’s still good I’ll keep buying it , I have 5 kittens so it did the job and it’s a great price will recommend and continue buying

Growing kittens

I bought the member's Mark Cat litter and the price is extremely good.  I have 3 cats so I use alot of cat litter.  This cat litter is just as good as the name brand product and cost 1/2 the amount.  I do recommend this product.

Nice bucket - good fresh scent - scoops well

Loved the original unscented formula of this litter. Not sure we’ll purchase it again as my cats have an aversion to the scent. Great bang for your buck. 

Please make an unscented version again!

better without scent

Well, I hate scooping the box in general but your brand clumps well and controls odor better than any other I’ve tried; even the litter that has scent to help mask the smell! Great price helps too!

Better than the name brand!

This is my go to cat litter I have 4 cats and foster for my local shelter and go throw a lot of litter it dose clump and is low dust witch I like. And I think it is a  good value for the size and price you can’t go wrong and my cats seem to like it

Marks members scoopable cat litter

This cat litter does not clumb. It is like paste when wet  and is very heavy to dispose of. Also does not hide odor.   Definitely not cost effective. I end up using double what  I use when i use tidy cat.  Will not be buying again.

Worst cat litter

This cat litter used to be clumping but no longer is!!!!  It says scoop-able and superior clumping but it doesn’t clump at all.  I hate that they changed it since Covid-19 2020.  

Don’t waste your money if you desire clumping

Works great! We are a family with 7 cats and getting the right litter can be tricky. It smells fresh and clumps tightly. I highly recommend it! The price can’t be beat too!

Best Litter for the price!

So I have been using this litter for about 2ish months. When our sams ran out of fresh step. It has for the most part been good but it doesn't clump the pee very well.  It's intermittent.  Everything else is good though.

Not clumping

It's okay it's hard to lift I hate having to put it in my cart and then in my car and then take it home and get it out of my car and drag it in the house but the cats don't seem to mind it and that's all that really matters

Quick and easy.

I purchased this because the cost per ounce was lower than any other out there.
The bucket filled with 42 lbs of sand, has a frail handle that would snap into pieces if you tried to carry it by the handle, not to mention the fact that it would dig into your hand as well. The edges around the lid and under the bucket are also sharp, so there is no easy to pick the bucket up and carry it. 

There is a thick strip of plastic that has to be peeled from between the lid and the bucket. There is a ring on the plastic strip that needs to be pulled. But the ring hurts your hand, and the plastic is too thick to pull easily. I couldn't find a tool that would do the trick. I was going to pull out a box cutter to cut it open, but my husband managed to get it open. The ring on one side broke off completely, but there was also a ring on the other side that he managed to pull open. 

The next issue is trying to dump the litter into the cat box. The blue lid only folds open part way. The lid doesn't even stay open when you pick it up. It is a logistical nightmare to pour it into the litter box. Again, my husband managed to pour it for me. I am not an enfeebled person. I am quite capable of managing heavy loads and so forth. This bucket was just so poorly designed in so many ways. I am paying the extra money to get smaller parcels of litter. It is worth the difference to avoid the hassle.

Not worth the meager savings in cost.

As loving helpers of Mother Nature we have spent countless hours/dollars with the felines that fate handed to us. Purchases of Members Mark Cat Litter has been a large part of helping these furry fellows/females ! We have seen the quality of this product change from time to time. As of this moment in history we now have what we call THE BEST !!! It still comes in green containers but the quality of what is inside is  the BEST that SAMS has to offer. The reduction of dust and the increase in clumping quality makes it the BEST. Keep it up SAMS.
