The litter has improved some, but the odor control needs more improvements. The litter was scooped daily and there still is an odor of a "litter box" hours later lingering in the air. Clumping isn't too bad and tracking doesn't travel to the 3rd floor like it used too. Dust isn't quite bad either.

If this is in stock and we need it, we will buy this item. It works great for our two cats and comes in a realistic size container, not some small package. I don't need cute packaging, I need a cat litter that actually works. We've been using this for years. There have been times when this is not in stock. It clumps appropriately, but as all cat owners know, you should probably by scooping their stuff everyday. The alternatives that have been available are ok, but have not measured up to our expectations for good cat litter. This is not rocket science, it's just cat litter, so give me one that works.

It works well and saves us $6 over the Fresh Step brand (44 lb). We have six cats, they are shy and run when any door opens; no one knows that we have any cats due to this litter. Also, we scoop at least twice a day. This litter is good and a fair price.

Bought this because of the price and the bucket packaging. Performance is less than satisfactory. Does not clump or contain oder! When you try to scoop, the “clump” falls apart and makes it almost impossible to remove. I have a recommendation for this product. DO NOT BUY!

I first tried this litter 5 months ago after reading so many great reviews about low dust. I have a kitto that kicks and scratches around so much that when he comes out he starts coughing and will throw up from all the dust. So we tried this. AMAZING was the word, it was much smaller and refined like large sand. I was concerned about odor and that I have 5 kittos. Again AMAZING. NO litter box stinkies and they all liked it, added bonus NO tracking of it either. Sir kicks a lot was no longer coughing, hacking or throwing up. I was stoked. The product that brought home last time is NOT the product that has been a raging success in my home. One day I started coughing while doing a box and I realized I was coughing from ALL the DUST plumming up from the litter being moved. Puzzled as I never had this dust effect with this litter before I looked in the container and realized it is more like Tidy Cat type litter than the more smaller sand type it used to be. A day or so later I heard the familiar sound of a coughing and hacking Sir kicks a lot. and... It tracks just like the other litters now it also has pretty unbroken litter in now. I don't know who decided to change this product, I would have given 5 stars before. Now I gave it a 2 because of price. Oh and the new stuff doesn't stick to poop. It's only good for pee. It's HORRIBLE, guess it's back to my old brand. Same dust but at least it keeps the odors at bay. The changed version of this doesn't do that anymore.

We bought this about 3 months ago thinking it was comparable to Fresh Step, NO WAY!! It stinks of urine after just a day or 2 and we only have 1 cat. My husband keeps complaining, but not wanting to waste, we will use it til it's gone and then back to Fresh Step. 38lbs for $25 at WalMart....works great!!!

This litter created so much dust each use that I couldn’t let my cats lay on my lap. Each time they used the box then walked by me I would instantly get a scratch in my throat. I honestly thought I had a new allergy. Was seriously thinking something caused me to have a cat allergy. I finally pieced it all together, changed back to my old litter. A good dusting and an air purifier. Now I can hold my cats again. Newer again will I try to save a few.

The litter itself is a little more "clay-y" than say the little grey balls of Tidy cat but it was sufficient for the job at a cheaper price. Clumped just fine. That being said I am comparing to Tidy Cat who I feel has changed their formulas within the last year and I'm no longer satisfied with.

This is decent litter however it doesn't clump well enough. I have two boxes one needs scooped and the other is automatic. When scooping, the pee clumps start falling apart and in the automatic litter box they crumble before getting to the basket. At the end of the week when I go to change out the bin only the poop has made it in and the pee is mixed into the rest of the litter and smells awful. This is the third bucket that has done that.

This litter is horrible. It doesn't mask any odors, it tracks everywhere, and it doesn't last at all. Completely changed the box today for 1 pee to make the entire house smell like ammonia. It doesn't help with any odor. We're finding the litter all the way across out apartment too from where the littler box is because it tracks so bad. Worst litter I've ever bought 0/10.
