With having a bigger frame, the underwear were very flexible and fit my size very well. They protected me from accidents that occur on daily basis with MS. They were very discreet in the ability to wear certain clothes.

In fact she said they preformed better at keeping the wetness away from the skin and actually seemed to hold up better than some of the other brands. She is a very tiny lady weighing less than 100lbs so of course I got a size small, the fit was great everywhere, She said that she felt very comfortable and never once complained as she does sometimes.

Usually when I have tried other brands there was either bunching or gapping and with these I did not have a issue. The underware was soft and comfortable. I really like the way they feel while wearing almost like regular underware and I wasn't self conscious while wearing them that they could be seen through my clothes. They kept me dry throughout the day and there was no overflow which is great. Having to wear protective underware you need one you can count on and this is one you can count on! While wearing these it didn't make me sweat or feel hot . The waist is strechy and giving so you can be comfortable while wearing. I would use these again!
