Normalize, normality. Woth that being said I use these during my menstrual cycle. They are more comfortable than pads and provide 10000 percent better coverage for leaks and accidents.

Excelent absorbancy. I am small woman, but have a large butt. Due to this, I ordered a medium because I don't like wearing bikinis. This leaves a bit of bulk in the crotch area. I think this would be a problem for only a very few. Either a small for less bulk, or a medium for less of a bikini fit over the butt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unsure if these would fit, because I had never worn full briefs before. I am a big gal, and normally wear a 3X. These stretched well, and still had enough stretch in them that it didn't tear when I sat down, or bent over. I wore them to work, and being a nurse, I do a lot of bending, squatting, lifting, etc. These briefs took my extra weight and activity and held it in for the duration of my shift, which is not just 8 hours, but 16 hours. I had taken extras to work with me to change if I needed to. The first day I didn't have a need, however on day 2, through no fault of the brief, I did have to change one time. I wholeheartedly give my thumbs up to anyone needing to use a total protection underwear.

They protect from leaks or an overactive bladder I mostly use them at night to protect my mattress from accidents. They do what they’re supposed to and that’s what you want from a product.

I received this sample for my mother in law to use, she was very happy with them and felt that they fit better than many similar products.

Maybe it would have been ok if I had purchased a smaller size. Usually I'm a misses sz 16 so I got these in an XL and they actually were a little big. They are very flexible with the elastic.
