We have been using them on my MIL who has incontinence issues. These breifs keep her skin very dry and free from irritation. They do not leak like some other brands. They fit well and she states that they are very comfortable to wear. 10 out of 10

The underwear provide a decent amount of absorbency but I am not sure how well they would hold up to a full saturation. The underwear are soft and have elastic fitted legs which is a nice feature for a better fit. I did think the sizing ran a little small so I would check the chart before purchasing. Overall, I am satisfied with these underwear for the absorbency that I need.

The waistband has elastic and the padding in the crotch is long enough to cover the front and back. I have bladder leakage during the day, so it's very important to me to find something that will absorb and this particular product does the job.

I was joking with my grandson and told him If I put on one of Grammy's underwear then I could go running with him. There are certain things I don't do any more because of having some issues. So he insisted I got running with him like I used to. So I put on a pair of Grammy's underwear and went running. I have not ran In a very I long time, I was so afraid I was going to embarrass my self. I was so surprised on how dry the underwear kept my skin from the wetness in the underwear they where great. I would always use the pads when needed, but now know how well the underwear works, I can go back to doing some of the things I love.

These have great absorption and even work to keep other bodily functions contained. I found these to be pretty snug and not a whole lot of stretch in the waist band. Overall, a great disposable underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brief is nice. It’s pretty comfortable and seems well made. Still makes my belly sweat a bit but they all do. I don’t think anyone has figured that part out yet. It’s ok. Would love for the back end pad part to be a little thicker for rear accidents but it’s comfortable and does the job for the front accidents so I still say it’s a 5 star.
