Using them you have no worries of leaking through. They come in handy when going to doctors or any other outside appointments. I would recommend.

I have worn them under leggings and no one noticed that they were not regular panties.They also do not bunch up and definitely help keep you drier. They are comfortable and protect you from accidental leakage. These are even good to use for protection against leakage from a heavy flow. Definitely worth trying.

She said they were comfortable and very absorbent. They come up to her waist as opposed to low cut styles that are uncomfortable for older women. Her only complaint was that she thought they were too small even though the size chart said they were the proper size. We'll just try the larger size and they will be perfect.
