I recently had a bad virus which caused stress incontinence, not fun. The fit and feel of these are fabulous but... yes, I have a but. They are a full size overnight protection. The pad is long and goes all the way to the back. I would love to see this product have the pad inside be reduced in length for a daytime version. That bulkiness of that extra long pad shows through your pants no matter what. That is not discrete or attractive. I would like a product that offers the same as it is, just a smaller length pad. You could say well just were a smaller pad in your undies. I thought about that and truly prefer the all in one approach of a pad built in my undies. I like that these are disposable. Just wear and done. I surely hope someone from product development reads this. I've been cutting out the last 1/4 pad to wear the seam is but you still have the issue of the ruching where the outline of the pad was. That entire back area should be smooth like the sides of the underwear. You create this and think you'll have a new sku to sell. Again, nothing wrong with this product but no person wants a bulky pad look showing from her crotch on her backside. That looks horrible.

I like bladder protection underwear but seem to have a problem finding the right fit and type. I tested them by pouring water in them just to see how they would absorb and hold. I even twisted them a bit to see how sitting and movement would effect them. Score! They worked beautifully. I think the correct size on these would be very discreet under your clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Member's Mark Total Protection Underwear for Women, They are pink and so good for women, they stretch but still hold close to body so you dont lose urine if you have accidents, Easy to put on and take off. You dont notice any urine smell when you do have to go in them. There is not much gap between legs. They look like underwear but protect you from those embarrassing leaks. They tend to hold a lot of you have a few accidents before you can go somewhere to take them off to change them.
