The scent is almost fruity but not too overpowering. It rinses out easily and leaves my hair feeling soft and pleasant smelling. The bottle states you'll get five benefits in one minute, and I definitely experienced detangling and increased moisture after a short period of time. It's actually really slippery and it smells really good. I really like it. The only thing I would say is if you get any on your floor it's so slippery that you may slip this happened to me.
