Could use a couple more physical adjustments (screen, seat doesn't have enough for/aft) The software is pretty glitchy and could use a few more options/features

The bike has not worked properly since I got if. It cuts out in the middle of workouts restarts and constantly freezes up. My bike sits right next to my router and I know the signal is good. The thing is just garbage.

This bike is great and iFit is a lot of fun in that you hardly feel like you are exercising. However, when purchased it was not clear there are NO live classes. This would be a 5 star if there were live classes!

Great concept poorly executed. Bike quantity is OK and the magnetic resistance is the best I've experienced, but the console is very poor, the software glitchy, and the support appalling :confused:

My biggest complaint is the seat is god awful! With a hefty price tag you should get a quality padded seat. Overall the quality is good , sound is fantastic , fan works and assembly was easy.

My wife and I both love it. We especially like the countless outdoor rides and the variety of places they take you. Our only regret is that we didn't purchase the bike sooner.

I love feeling like I’m biking all over the world. The only problem I have is sometimes the touchscreen stops working. Then I have to do a reset. But the rest takes 2 people and I live alone. So that’s really annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bike is awesome. The hardware and software are both solid. The iFit program is excellent as well. I also have a NordicTrack treadmill. It is equally awesome.

Love the bike, flywheel very smooth and not too loud. The integration with iFIT and automatic adjustments of incline, decline and resistance is awesome.
