I've been a loyal Cottonelle user since the product hit the market in the 70's. When I opened my newest pack I noticed the rolls looked strange. Why so small, like something you'd find at a a highway rest stop? After looking at the wrapping I could see the roll size has diminished by 1/2 an inch (4.0" to 3.5"). My husband even asked "what happened?" The roll looks strange on the holder hardware in the bathroom, and fits so loosely now that it slides when the plys are torn during use. I've returned an unopened pack to Target. I did some investigating and see another major supplier has diminished the size of its rolls as well. This may ultimately be the future industry standard. But for now, you've lost a customer.

My favorite toilet paper by far. It’s super soft and doesn’t tear easily. You can also easily tear off the number of sheets that you want with one hand. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I’m writing this review during COVID-19 so I’m a bit more sentimental on my TP these days.

It was a lot softer and more absorbent than my regular economy toilet paper. Ironically, the day after I received my sample, I had a bad bout of diarrhea and spent lots of time testing this out! I must say, using this toilet paper was a lot gentler on my behind and I was really glad that I had it on hand. I often grab toilet paper to blow my nose when I am in the bathroom and it's great for that, too! I would recommend this toilet paper.

With other toilet paper I would need like 7-8 sheets and with this toilet paper I only need 1-3 depending on my business! I was worried that it would clog being so thick but that hasn't been a problem at all!

I am so particular on toilet papers and let me tell you I have tried about every single toilet paper there is to try! This is by far hands-down the softest best toilet paper you’ll ever try in your life and is worth the little bit of extra money. I will never ever change toilet papers

It can be harsh on delicate skin. The rolls are much too skinny and makes it so you have to use more sheets because of that. It is sloppy on the toilet paper holder because they have made it so slim and skinny. Very disappointed in this

I've been using this brand for quite a while I like that it's soft but strong and you don't have to use a huge handful. If I could improve anything about this it would be the price because it is very expensive. I would recommend this if someone would ask about it.
