This is the only toilet paper that comes into our home. It is so soft it feels like a plush blanket! It also does not disintegrate in your hands when your wiping and you dont even need that much. We also use this as facial tissue as well because it's that soft and the rolls are huge!

I have been using your product for years and recently noticed I am going thru rolls way faster (no change in my habits). Not as absorbent, rolls not lasting as long, more expensive. Unfortunately, I am going try another brand. I do not know what you changed, but I was very happy with this product before, and for the price a roll lasting a week of one person is not okay.

The new packaging reads new look and "new texture". New look yes, better texture no. Ridiculous as it sounds I tell everyone I know about your toilet paper, I have yet to find a better quality product, but I'm not sure I can say that anymore... Your "new texture" is less thick and feels more like paper, therefore it's more like the product your competitors sell. When will a company learn to just change the packaging, not the product. I ask you to please consider switching back.

I love the way the rippled texture feels, and for that reason this is the only tp I buy. But! (or Butt..?!) I would pay a premium for a 4.5 inch wide roll, the way it used to be. I would even change brands, if I could only find one. My TV is widescreen, so why can't my TP be the same?

Cottonelle Ultra used to be the best until about a year ago, when the ripples were supposedly improved. Then itching started, bad itching. At first I thought I had a yeast infection, but I didn't. I discovered that Conttonelle now leaves a lot of lint on my body which irritates my skin. I had to switch to Charmin and no more problem. Also the durability went down.
