I have put this product in both my home (with pets and kids) and in a property I am remodeling. When I recently had a flood in my house due to a washer malfunction, the insurance man evaluated the flooring for replacement. He remarked that it was high quality flooring. This product is a great price point and holds up really well!

We’ve put this flooring in our flip houses and when it was time to redo our own, there was no doubt we’d use this. It’s beautiful against our gray kitchen cabinets, is durable and everyone comments how pretty they are. I highly recommend. Easy to install, as well.

I first want to say that I absolutely despise the fact that I am having to resort to commenting on a company's public social media profile, but in 2025. apparently this is the only way to have my voice heard. In an attempt to save someone else heartache if you plan on buying flooring through Sam's club DON'T DO IT. My family and I replaced our upstairs floors in 2021 with LVP not from Sam's club. I'm not exaggerating when I say that flooring doesn't have a single scratch on it. In May of 2022 we decided to replace our downstairs flooring with flooring from Sam's club. We haven't even reached 3 years of the Sam's club flooring and it's already chipped, missing vinyl in places that my family doesn't even WALK ON (underneath cabinets etc) and will need to be replaced as soon as we can afford it. I understand that most people's thoughts will be it must be user error. Nope! I am a rule follower. When we install any flooring I look up the manufacturers guidelines for cleaning and maintenance and follow them. I know your next question- the manufacturer. Why not just try and use their warranty instead of returning to Sam's club? Great question, I can't. In an attempt to gain more knowledge and find a solution to this very expensive problem I went into my local club where I was told they can't find the information from when I purchased almost 2,000 square feet of flooring. In order to submit a claim through the manufacturer I need to have my purchase information to submit. I tried calling Sam's Club corporate and was told they only deal with online orders and to go in store. Long story short, if you're considering buying select surfaces flooring RUN in the opposite direction.

We bought Heritage Oak for our remodeled home and absolutely fell in love with the color. Not only is it a kid, friendly, and pet friendly color, but it will go with an assortment of furniture and wall colors from gray to beige. It is like the perfect neutral that elevates your space while bringing coziness to Ed.

I have purchased this floor and installed in my home in Ca and in my home in Texas and it looks great, but it does not hold up well at all. I bought this because it is waterproof and a great color. This is easy to install, but chips easily, when installing and under normal wear. This is honestly the worst quality flooring i have ever had and I've installed some of the cheapest laminate available. I am very disappointed with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided on this flooring because of the thickness. we got barnwood and it’s 14 mm thick and looks and feels like real wood. We are senior citizens and we laid 500 sq ft ourselves.. Easy to install. Love it ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is generally sturdy and simple enough to install; however, it is subject to chipping on the corners and shorter edges. So, be weary when handling the material to prevent corner chipping and be prepared to see a couple of chips after installation.

Bought 28 boxes a few days ago for my living room project. I've installed flooring before and I watched the video and read the box...didn't matter. The end of the planks just did not lock or fit together flush. I struggled through two complete rows to make sure I gave it a chance and literally 8 in 10 planks had joints from 1/16th to 1/8 wide. It was horrible...and it was floating like a bad jigsaw puzzle. I mixed planks from different boxes of course but that shouldn't really matter. I'm baffled and disappointed. We really liked the product when we bought it. Now I'm going to see how much Sam's Club will let me return. I opened 12 of the boxes for acclimation and am hoping I don't have to eat those. The planks and original boxes are intact, so my fingers are crossed. Just FYI...I'm not a big negative review guy...I prefer to deal with the vendor direct if I'm not satisfied with a purchase...but in this case, I thought it was important to share my experience. To be fair, I see a large majority of positive reviews about this product, so my experience may be an isolated incident. Thank you and I welcome any input.
