Integrated with Samsung soundbar and subwoofer provided a Movie like sound quality and viewing experience above what was expected.

Overall, I’ve been very pleased with the experience. Pros: • Picture Quality: Excellent. Crisp, vibrant, and consistent across all streaming platforms. • Remote Control: Simple, intuitive, and well-designed. It’s clear that thought went into the user experience. • Menu System: Easy to navigate and well laid out, making it quick to switch between apps and settings. • Art Mode: One of my favorite features. The ability to display artwork when the TV is off adds a stylish and sophisticated touch to the room. Cons: • Sound Issues: About 5% of the time, the audio quality randomly changes and becomes nearly unusable. The issue resolves itself quickly, but it’s still frustrating when it happens. Despite the occasional sound hiccup, I’m very happy with the Frame TV. It’s both a high-performing smart TV and a beautiful piece of decor.

I over came problems with art registration, which was included in my purchase. It took considerable time and communication. Now my 80” frame is not turning on reliably and requires power downs and resets of the control box. Luckily my installation allows me to access the control box. This has occurred repeatedly. I didn’t expect this reliability issue,.

The two issues i have had is one tv the backlight went out just after about 16 months and the second is the apps seem to get stuck after about a month and require hard restarts to get them back working. This is a problem across most smart TVs.

Definitely Samsung quality, does not disappoint. My only complaining is that I have not been able to redeem my two year ArtStore subscription, I don’t know what I may be doing wrong, but doesn’t let me process it without adding a payment method. Otherwise, great product!

The crisp and vivid colors on the screen make any image I play ,(I use the gallery feature which rotates the collection on a cycle so it stays fresh) seem genuinely rendered in that medium: acrylic, chalk, pencil etcetera The only issue I had was the bracket and mounting & system. It was certainly a technical task requiring a little to alot of ",know-how" which required me to call someone better capable over to finish installation. Since then However it has worked flawlessly, blending in with all my decor, stable as anything on my walls!.

Making it seamless watching during the day. The quality of the picture amazes me. Realistic pictures especially shows or movies in 4k or HDR. It includes free Samsung TV which we turn on for our dogs or as filler in house. The picture options for when tv is off is great. Lots of great free options. You can purchase art or an art subscription for more options but to me the free pictures work just as well and have multiple options.
