Lastly, the service from Samsung has been top-notch. The setup was straightforward, and I experienced a issues, called for service. They came quick, fixed the problem and made sure I was satisfied. It’s amazing what difference the puzzle makes to actually make it look like art despite my misgivings, I’m glad I finally gave in and got it.

We were not planning on the frame for the house however our builder suggested we purchase them for the office and great room. We did and boy are we happy we did. We just purchased another one for our bedroom as we did not initially want a TV in the bedroom the the frame looks like art. WE LOVE THEM!

VERY happy and impressed with the quality of the pic and the audio is also great (even without a sound bar). However, this remote is the worst! Have to point at the tv and you better have your arm raised and lift a left foot for it to work! Pressing the roll portion almost always moves the cursor 2 sections and not just once. Help us loyal customers and create a remote that doesn’t need to point at tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thin mount looks amazing, frames snap on with ease. Art mode can cycle through your own pics or existing libraries. The software to upload pics doesn’t work well and has bugs. The TV doesn’t seem to mind the rules when you set to auto dim and motion detection. Picture and color are great.

We have been using the tv for about a month and like it. The picture and sound are good and we enjoy the art work when the tv is off. Biggest negative is that it was supposed to include a 2 year subscription to the art store but I never figured out how to redeem it. Looks like I'm only getting 3 months free. Also a bit disappointed that the optional frame was so expensive for such a small profile frame.

The frame seems to be the best fit for over a fireplace especially a modern electric fireplace with space and framing in the wall. The mount instructions get me anxious everytime especially because they are 2 prices and designed to auto level but you lose your ability for a super precision installation. The one connect installed in a wall box is fantastic. Overall I have some good ideas for these displays. I just wish the mounts Information was better.

Having the frame display different art during the day when we're not using the tv looks 100x better than just that big black rectangle we had before. The matte finish makes the art look so realistic. Like an actual painting hanging in the wall. We will definitely be getting the customizable frames very soon to make it even better. Now I just want to get the 75inch frame tv for the living room to replace that one.
