[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy to purchase this TV. The feature of presenting art and streaming are amazing. I wish I bought 85 inch one. Only concern is its power cable that can’t not go behind wall according to code, and no aftermarket supply is available.

I really do like the television. The picture is sharp. It functions without any problems. But its too pricey. And then you have to buy a "picture frame" to make it look like a picture thats been framed. And I inadvertently ordered two subscriptions for the art gallery and Samsung has given me the biggest run around and has not refunded one of my subscriptions. Not even offered to extend another year. So yea, not happy with the whole shabang.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality if super, the sound with the sound bar is great, the remote leaves a lot to be desired. One wrong button push and you have to start from the begining to get back to where your were. The menu can be modified some, but not enough to allow you to set it to your true liking. Overall a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I consider for quite a while before purchasing my frame TV and I’m glad I bought it. It looks wonderful in my tiny house, especially when it doubles as artwork. It offer some great features including actual sign language. I would have liked it to have hearing aid option that turns down background music . Hopefully this will be added in the future. The only flaw with this television Is a very sensitive remote control. It’s very frustrating when the channels change whenever the remote is touched by the dog or as we’re getting up, we’re sitting down in a chair. Eventually, I’ll stop procrastinating and buy a universal remote that shouldn’t be necessary given the cost of the TV. Did I mention the artwork? The available art is constantly changing And definitely worth the yearly subscription.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 50" frame TV 2017, to the 65" frame TV 2024, and it has all of the improvements in the right places. It is thinner, better definition, the actual screen is more matte which makes the art mode look more like actual art and reduces glare, and the OS has been revamped. The art selection screen is completely different, and gives much better suggestions than our old TV. The art is the same, but is much better. The frame TV is more expensive than other TVs for the same size, but I have really enjoyed the double function of TV and displaying high quality art. This is the best TV for art mode on the market. The one issue that I have with this TV, the receiver box has 4 HDMI slots. I use 1 for the e-arc with my soundbar, chromecast, nintendo switch, and xbox. I have a DVD player, and so I have to unplug one and plug in another. I would like 1 more HDMI slot. That is the only issue I have with the TV though. Great overall.

Since having the frame TV it's been such a great experience couldn't imagine going back to regular boring TV screens again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frame TV is both elegant and functional. It's grat quality in video, color contrast and something I like to call "realism", meaning the accents of the pictures looks incredibly real. This TV is second to none, expect the next model.

We chose the Samsung Frame TVs because of their sleek, stealthy look when mounted on the wall. As we were moving into a new home, we had the foresight to install electrical outlets, cable, and ethernet connections about 5 feet off the floor during the framing process—perfectly positioned for each TV. One of my wife’s key preferences was that she didn’t want to see the side of a TV mount when entering a room. With seven TVs to install, I knew four would be placed downstairs, visible from the side as you entered each room. That’s when I discovered the Samsung Frame TV. These TVs hug the wall so closely that most of our friends, who weren’t familiar with them, thought they were just large pieces of art. While there is some work involved behind the TV during installation, the result is well worth it for the clean, minimalist look. I also purchased custom frames to complement the decor and complete the aesthetic of each room. The picture quality is impressive, and overall, we’re very happy with how the Frame TV elevates the look of our space.

I love how thin it is and it truly looks like a picture frame on the wall. Love all the different artwork and how it changes with the seasons. So happy with my purchase
