Simple and clean lines. Love the larger salad bowls. Versatile to use as serving dishes as well. Read a few reviews about durability. I just purchased a 2nd set and have NO problems with chipping or quality. Good value.

Great starter set. I bought this particular set because it didn’t come with coffee mugs. I didn’t need any more of those. I love that the plate has a decent lip on the edge. The pasta bowl is the perfect size.

This was truly a great bargain. We bought 2 sets for our son's family, and 2 sets for our daughter. Perfect to dress up or use for everyday, we are very pleased.

Grrr! Everything about these dishes looks ‘perfect’ on the website…. Simple. White set. With Dinner plate, Salad plate, Pasta bowl %26 Soup bowl. Great price! … All true except for the color: The ‘White’ is a very cool toned and pulls a little bit blue. I thought it was maybe my paint color %26 lighting at night but it's almost worse in daylight. *If you are looking for a warm white or a neutral white this set unfortunately will leave you feeling blue.

Love my set but they chip easily. Three or four are chipped and I haven’t used them for very long.

Initially, I was satisfied with these dishes. they are not too heavy, which was important for my elderly in-laws who live with us. However, after having them for a year or so, many of the plates and bowls are chipped on the edges.

I searched reviews for a quality porcelain set of dishes that would withstand daily use. I purchased two sets, a service for 8 and a service for 4. I've only had these for 4 months now, and 2 dinner plates have chipped on the top edge. They get used daily and go in the dishwasher every time. I don't think I'm any harder on dishes than a normal person. I'm very disappointed and will be returning what is left. If you're looking for a daily use set, I would keep looking.

These are amazing. I loved the 32-piece set so much that I bought this (on sale!) so that I would have 12 complete place settings. No issues with chipping, fragility, being too heavy, not stacking well, or being excessively hot in the microwave as compared to my previous dinnerware. Highly recommend, so affordable! Both bowl sizes are portion-appropriate. And this dinnerware is of a white color, not gray and is not supposed to be bright fluorescent white. There you go, just trying to address all the negatives mentioned by some :)

We bought this set last month. Great looking, and looked to be sturdy....unfortunately, chipping started within two weeks. We're not hard on dishes, so this was disappointing. Instead of returning, we are using until chips appear and tossing the item. Wouldn't recommend this product.

I purchased this dinnerware to replace my 15 year old Shopko plates and bowls. I love the simple design of these white Member's Mark dishes and bowls. The smaller bowl is perfect for ice cream or cereal. The larger bowl is perfect for soup or salad. Like other buyers, I liked that the dinnerware did NOT include coffee mugs. The dishes do get a little hot when used in the microwave. The dishes also seem to chip easily. Within one month we have managed to chip 3 of the large bowls and two of the dinner plates. Our 15 year old Shopko plates and bowls only sustained one chip in 15 years. I like the Member's Mark dinnerware set I am just slightly disappointed at how easily they chip.
