We bought this set last month. Great looking, and looked to be sturdy....unfortunately, chipping started within two weeks. We're not hard on dishes, so this was disappointing. Instead of returning, we are using until chips appear and tossing the item. Wouldn't recommend this product.

We really love these dishes. They hold up well to the abuse of my kids. The salad/pasta bowl is a favorite and we use it for most meals/dishes. We bought a larger set of these dishes, but then bought this smaller set so we could add a few more to the cupboard (and in case we forget to run the dishwasher).

I searched reviews for a quality porcelain set of dishes that would withstand daily use. I purchased two sets, a service for 8 and a service for 4. I've only had these for 4 months now, and 2 dinner plates have chipped on the top edge. They get used daily and go in the dishwasher every time. I don't think I'm any harder on dishes than a normal person. I'm very disappointed and will be returning what is left. If you're looking for a daily use set, I would keep looking.

These remind me of diner dishware. I like the simple white color with no pattern so they go with just about everything. I have not seen any staining or chipping yet. The plates fit well in the dishwasher but the bowls not so much. The racks are designed for a shallower profile. The smaller bowls are great for soup and cereal and I use the bigger bowls for salad and pasta. The thin edge makes me a little worried about chipping but so far so good.

I purchased this dinnerware to replace my 15 year old Shopko plates and bowls. I love the simple design of these white Member's Mark dishes and bowls. The smaller bowl is perfect for ice cream or cereal. The larger bowl is perfect for soup or salad. Like other buyers, I liked that the dinnerware did NOT include coffee mugs. The dishes do get a little hot when used in the microwave. The dishes also seem to chip easily. Within one month we have managed to chip 3 of the large bowls and two of the dinner plates. Our 15 year old Shopko plates and bowls only sustained one chip in 15 years. I like the Member's Mark dinnerware set I am just slightly disappointed at how easily they chip.

I happened upon this set in the app with zero intention of purchasing dinnerware. However, I noticed the fabulous dishes included that would be ideal for salads or pasta (a perfect hybrid of plate and bowl). I bought the set for those specifically, but have been surprised how much we have used the bowls (they are a wonderful size in my opinion) and smaller plates, considering we have plenty of dinnerware and didn’t really need more. For the price and quality, this set is an awesome buy. They are basic so match nicely with our other sets and clean up wonderfully in the dishwasher. So far, no scratch marks from silverware, which we've had with other sets, so seems very durable. They sell another set with 8 settings, so I got one of each to have a nice solid 12 settings. Highly recommend!

These dishes are fantastic....I love this set so much for every day. All the sizes are perfect. I spent so much time trying to find the perfect dishes and the prices were outrageous......These were so reasonable I thought there was something wrong with them, but nothing they are awesome!!!!!!!!!

What a great little set of dishes. We got this one to fill out a bigger set of the same thing. The white is truly white, and the size and shape of the dishes is great. We get a lot of utility out of the shallow bowls--pasta, rice bowls, casseroles, etc.

Grrr! Everything about these dishes looks ‘perfect' on the website…. Simple. White set. With Dinner plate, Salad plate, Pasta bowl %26 Soup bowl. Great price! … All true except for the color: The ‘White' is a very cool toned and pulls a little bit blue. I thought it was maybe my paint color %26 lighting at night but it's almost worse in daylight. *If you are looking for a warm white or a neutral white this set unfortunately will leave you feeling blue.

I've had this set for a few months now and had zero issues getting it shipped. They have all been through the dishwasher several times without incident. I have severe carpal tunnel as well as neck issues that make it difficult for me to hold heavy items and I have not had any issues with this set. I love that the color is neutral and the 2 sizes of bowls. Instant plus is no cups that I don't need and won't use. This is a perfect everyday set and I would buy it again.
