I like the soft fragrance of this and how silky my skin feels after I shower with it. But the unimaginable amount of soap scum it leaves behind is incomprehensible!!!

We've used this for years. The last few times I've bought it they must have changed the formula because it doesn't lather at all anymore. Can't even hardly tell that there's soap on the loofah or wash rag. I have a water softener and I checked my hardness because I thought maybe that was the problem but it wasn't. We switched to Olay this time and it lathers very well, just like this soap used too.

Overall I like product it's one I had being using for quite some time. It's rich you don't have to use much and it smells good. With that being said I like the pump as it's easier for me at this stage in my life. What I noticed is that the top can't me screwed off in order to get out of the bottle that the pump won't release ultimately I had to cut the bottle in half (wish is very hard for me) after doing this the first time I discovered there was enough body wash left for me to take at least four if not five more showers before starting on a new bottle. That's a lot of body wash. After dealing with that situation for a while, I decided it would be more convenient, safer and economically for me to switch to a pump body wash that allows the top to screw off so that I can retrieve all that I pay for.

Doesn't soap up as much as the last brand inused
