Pros: It is well built and has a great LED light to see inside. Comes with an ingenious battery pack to open it if the batteries fail and you don't have the pass key.  It's meant for hotel use - you have to re-enter a pass code every time you close it. Cons: The keys aren't in the expected "telephone" pattern.  The "Close" button is mislabeled "A" - but you get used to that in time. 

I purchased this and thought spending a little more would have given me better quality. It arrived an the door was open and the locks wouldn't even move using the key that overrides the motor. I wasn't going to go through the hassle of returning or replacing it so I took it apart and straightened the bent pieces out and got it to work.

Works great, but expect some damage as the packaging is completely insufficient for the weight of the item. Since the packaging is most likely factory Zoro needs to double box this at least... lucky I just need the door to open and it not be compromised.

I just received my Walmart order for this safe and my friend was able to pick the manual override lock in under 30 seconds using precision screwdrivers and paperclips!!!!! And the lock/key is SentrySafe's supposedly superior 4-sided tumbler key! I couldn't believe it! I'm so upset over this! :(

I’ve been using the safe for more than 8 years and I didn’t have any problems at all. It is very easy to setup and use. I bought one for me and another one for my wife. She had no problems at all.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend this product. Very impressed with the lighting inside.
