After abdominal surgery, I was told to have 3 protein shakes, like Boost. I read the ingredients. Glucose syrup? Canola oil? It’s easy to buy plain protein powder, milk, and chocolate syrup and mix. Add coffee for the mocha. Sugar for sweetness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boost protein drinks taste great and have a nice smooth consistency. Plus a decent amount of protein . Drink a few after a workout. Will definitely purchase again.

The new bottles that don’t have the wrappers on the top not only ruined the look of them making them less appealing it also ruined the taste they taste watered down in the new recycling bottles I use to love the rich chocolate taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the chocolate mocha flavor and thought the flavor was good but was a little thick so I threw it in a smoothie and that made it even better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BOOST High Protien Strawberry drink had a very good strawberry flavor. I prefer this chilled very cold and is a refreshing drink in the morning. The drink was smooth and not chalky.

I love the taste and watching my weight this helps me with my protein and keeping me full until I’m ready for a full meal. It is hard to empty the drink out of these type of bottles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is something I can get used to. I missed breakfast and drank the shake once I got to work and stayed full until it was time for lunch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pre mixed protein shake to have on the go in the morning. Just it tastes better refrigerated to me. The bottle size is the perfect serving to have.
