I've been weight training for 38 years and have always struggled getting enough protein. If I eat meals trying to get it, I always end up putting on body fat no matter how clean I try to eat. It’s just too many calories consumed to reach a reasonable amount of protein. The last six months I’ve drank 3 high protein Boosts and eaten a well-rounded dinner every day (Except Sunday that’s my cheat day!) and I’m pretty happy with the results. I’m at my desired bodyweight and I’ve kept a significant amount of muscle without having to use messy protein powders.

I would probably not choose to use it very often because it is too sweet for my personal preference.I will use it every other month.

I used the protein drink in a smoothie with extra strawberries and blueberries and it was delicious. I really loved the taste and the texture itself. But for me I liked it better when the boost was chilled. Will recommend it.

The High Protein is what drew me in because I have an issue with being a vegetarian and getting enough protien. I have now added this lucious drink into my daily routine. It has 240 calories and 10 grams of protein each serving. It also contains 3 grams of fiber, and 26 essential vitamins and minerals including calcium and vitamin D.
