I thought it was going to be similar to other products I had tasted before, but this one certainly failed miserably. I ordered the creamy strawberry and was expecting just that, but that’s not what I got. This stuff tasted more like an ordinary protein drink. I definitely would not recommend it if you have to do this on a long-term basis.

I do like the vitamins and minerals and protein it has in it. It's offers a mix of essential nutrients I need. It can be used for on the go, easy to use, it's portable and it's packed with protein and vitamins. I have used it as a supplement meal replacement, so it done it's job for me. I wasn't hungry and I didn't get a headache from not eating either. The only thing I dont care for is the Chalky taste it leaves in your mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Very Vanilla flavor to try and it was good and easy to drink however it was more of a subtle sweet vanilla milk. I was expecting more of a vanilla bean flavor since it said "very vanilla". I liked it and had no issue it smooth and not too thick and kept me full for quite awhile.

For ten years I used Boost to start my day improving my health. I used it everyday but then on one day I noticed how much added sugar was in each one. 30% added sugar, how can you call that healthy. I will not have it again until they take out all the sugar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boost complete nutritional drink is just what my body needs. It has 26 vitamins and minerals and 20 grams of protein. I enjoy drinking this when I am on the go and want the extra nutrition and energy. My mom drinks it to help her body heal after breaking her hip. We both find it delicious. The Rich chocolate is amazing! I have even poured this in a bowl to freeze and eat as "ice cream". Yummy! This product does contain milk and soy so if you are sensitive to either of those it might not work for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

The chocolate flavor is so rich and creamy that by the time you have half the container empty your feeling full and the best part is no Griddy particles you can feel in your mouth after wards or nasty after tastes. This is my new go to meal replacement because I get the vitamins and nutrients I need to satisfy my hunger and hunger to lose weight!

If you think this is just for old or sick people- WRONG! If you add this to your diet, you may not FEEL old or sick!
