I am a diabetic and I don’t like getting up to a plate of food. I am also trying to lose weight. I faithfully drink Boost Glucose Controlled everyday as a meal (breakfast) replacement. It tastes great and satisfies and sustains me. Also sometimes I just don’t have time to eat a balanced meal and I drink Boost instead. Have been doing this for at least 2 years.

It taste more like a milk shake to me. I drank it in the morning to give me an extra boost before getting my day started and I have to say it worked. I was very impressed with the quality of this shake.

Most protein drinks taste like vitamins and leave a nasty after taste in your mouth for hours. This drink from Boost didn't. It was absolutely delicious. I got the flavor mocha cafe and it taste just like a delicious ice coffee. I totally recommend this.

The only thing I did not care for is that they add carreegian and stevia to this. Both of which are not good for you and I avoid products that have this in it. But, if you are not concerned, I recommend this product if you're looking for a quick, good tasting in between meals "snack".

Tastes just like chocolate milk , none of that nasty taste very Smooth, best when super super cold. This has no artificial flavor at all love it and enjoy it with crushed ice on top of it. I love the small size of this because you can fit in your purse or anywhere makes it easy to carry also not a odd shaped bottle to hold. I was nervous that it would be chalky,but that wasn't the case at all. I liked how smooth the texture was,and the taste is so good,so I end up looking forward to having my drink in the morning. The creamy Strawberry is my favorite and I am thrilled that it has 20grams of protein and 27 vitamins and minerals, so I end up feeling very full,and energized for the day.
