I am a diabetic and I don’t like getting up to a plate of food. I am also trying to lose weight. I faithfully drink Boost Glucose Controlled everyday as a meal (breakfast) replacement. It tastes great and satisfies and sustains me. Also sometimes I just don’t have time to eat a balanced meal and I drink Boost instead. Have been doing this for at least 2 years.

The high protein allows me to depend just on these drinks for the daily amount I need in my diet and the flavors available are great. The taste is bold and flavorful and not chalky or bitter. A perfect blend to start my day off with my exercise program and gives me the proper amount of calories and other nutritional content. I am.switching from the regular Boost to the High Protein.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tasted the Cafe Mocha flavor Boost high protein drink. It does have a nice coffee taste and is high in protein. While it contains 27 vitamins and minerals within this drink, I wasn’t as happy to read the list of It’s top 5 ingredients: Water, Glucose Syrup, milk protein concentrate, sugar, vegetable oil. Two of their top 5 ingredients are sugar, which is why there are 15 grams of sugar in this drink and 240 total calories per bottle. When I drink a protein drink, I don’t necessarily need sugar in there to make it taste good. I wouldn’t recommend this drink, as there are other protein drinks I prefer better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the taste of the Nestle Boost protein strawberry drink. I like its has 20g protein. 27 different vitamins and minerals. It has key nutrients for my immune system. I like it's only 6g sugar per 8oz. The strawberry flavor is creamy. It really good. I know some protein shakes taste mediciney but Nestle Boost doesnt.

Was a nice thing to have when you need a little pick me up but not very hungry! Has good 26 vitamins and 20g. protein! Only draw back is the 15 grams of sugar, I am diabetic so have to watch my sugar intake! I would drink from time to time!

I've tried protein drinks in the past and they usually come in chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. Drinking this out of the bottle, my first sense was an overload of minerals or a protein smell. It's hard to describe, but it was off-putting. Continuing to drink, I realized that the drink is smooth, and that the mocha flavor is just right. If you can get used to the smell of it at first, then I think you'll enjoy the mocha flavor as you get a great dose of protein for your day!
