I bought this fan a few years ago and opted to buy another one because of the strong velocity it puts out. All levels of are strong from 1-3. The only down fall on the first one is that it was kind of loud and it sort overpowered the tv. But the second one I bought was a little quieter. Overall, it's a great fan and I would highly recommend it!

best fan money can buy. it is extremely powerful and works wonderfully. i had one for two years and my kids broke it so i bought a new one,but it was working perfectly those 2 years. it is a little loud, but that's one of the reasons why i bought it again, for background noise.

I bought this fan to help circulate the air in a large, wide open living room area. And while I've only had the fan for 2 weeks now, I can say it is doing the job very well. I also like the fans simple, almost retro look and control panel. No digital read out with touch sensor buttons. Just a simple turn knob to adjust between 3 speed. And a button to push if you want the fan to oscillate.

This is one high powered fan! I love it, it's making it cooler so we can turn the AC down. With these rediculous energy costs combined with 100 degree temperatures you have to do something to bring cost down!! We run them pretty much constantly and they've performed great, very sturdy. But my husband makes me turn them off occasionally to give them a break. One drawback is the noise factor. My husband and I can't hollar across the house now and hear each other. It's not a disturbing noise but when you turn it off you notice a difference lol. It's the volume that's the issue.

Absolutely love this fan worthy of every penny. I bought 2 different versions of this Lasko brand and this was my favorite version, mainly because the handle extends on the top and it's so much easier to move (the other version the handle is tucked underneath.) This version is also taller and it's nice to place it at the end of the bed and put it on the 1st or 2nd settings. I like setting up both fans and opening the windows at night and can use a light blanked all night, I live in Hawai'i and this has made a huge difference and the look of it is sleek and tucks away perfectly when not in use and easy to pick up and move.

This is a great fan - it's fairly quiet and amazingly powerful. We had a pedestal Lasko fan that was much louder for less air movement and when it tipped once, it broke at the thin connection between the fan head and oscillation mechanism. This one isn't top-heavy and even if it tips, there aren't fragile parts exposed to break. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered this fan because our master bedroom is the warmest room in the house during the summer. We have a small circular fan that was ok and decided to upgrade. The fan has great airflow even on the first setting. I docked a star because it is noisy and straight out the box it has a smell like burnt plastic or "new". Hopefully this will go away. I would like a quieter fan but you always take a chance ordering online and trying it out for yourself.

High velocity? It’s a regular fan that’s very very overpriced. No different from my box fan. I was expecting so much more. The whole package smelled and it has the same chemical smell when turned on. Only the top part of the fan blows air as well. I overpaid for this thinking I was getting a great fan. I was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this fan. It’s the same as a $15 box fan but selling in the 60 dollar price range. It’s a rip-off

This is the best fan I've ever purchased. I liked it so much I bought another one the next day. The airflow is incredible! If you like a nice white noise from a fan this is the best yet. Even on the low settings it blocks out any other noises. Incredible fan!

Really good fan for the price. We love the power and the oscillating feature. We were looking for an oscillating fan for our master bath. It takes up very little floor space and does a great job of keeping the room cool and clearing the mirrors while we shower.
