Great fan, love the high setting! I also like that you can adjust the vents to how high or low you want the air direction like a car ac vent, plus the oscillating feature worked great for me. I bought two.

This fan works great. It pushes a lot of air out and cools down our space quickly. We have an open floor plan apartment and needed something to keep the air from getting stale in the kitchen and living room. It is a bit loud on even the lowest setting, so be prepared for that. This was a selling point for us though, since we needed something to reduce outside noise as well. The air blows out of the top half of the fan. It features a vent adjuster to change the direction of the air flow, up or down. It also has a button to turn oscillation on and off and three settings for airflow amount. It looks nicer than the pictures on the website and matches our stainless steel and black appliances well. Overall, very pleased with the purchase so far. If you need to provide your space with some major airflow, this is the fan for you!

I have another tower fan that has a lot of different features I like that cost less than this one. This one has very few basic features for a higher cost, so it lost a star there, however, one of the reasons I got this one is the fan blows out of the top meaning it reaches over my bed rather than wasting a lot of air hitting my mattresses instead. The air blows out pretty powerful too, which is what helps it still earn a good rating. If your good with a powerful fan, but with few features, I would definitely recommend.

The best fan I have ever owned! Very powerful yet not loud. It circulates the air very well. I love the adjustable air vents to control the flow up or down, this is a very unique feature that keeps the room very cool. I ended up buying 2. These were a life saver in this last California heatwave as I am near the beach and have no A/C. This unit is rather large, but this is why it is so powerful.

This fan is great! Its powerful and provides great air flow. Its a little large from the profile view (looks like a clunky vacuum or carpet cleaner), but I don't mind it. Its also not particularly quiet, but I wouldnt say its loud - its a nice white noise. Plenty of other fans are way more expensive but this one is really perfect, especially for the price!

Only the top 1/3 is a fan. It is very high velocity but no air is felt until 2 feet above where fan is located. Fan seems well made, although bulky and heavy. Even on low setting, fan is effective for blowing air and thus creating a feeling of coolness. It has a swoshy noise, even on lowest speed.

Folks, I purchased somewhere between 7-8 tower and one 10" battery /or plug in fan just in the past couple of months. without a doubt the Lasko High velocity tower fan is the best ever. My 2 12" lasko small tower fans, all of which oscillate are great too... I worried because two of the other tower fans were difficult to assemble the base, and I assumed this one would be, too. But not only was there a flat bottom to the fan that required NO INSTALLATION of a stand, but it had a great grip handle at the top,too... And ohhhhh yes, it is high velocity...I put it on 2 out of 3 to start and the 2 works better than High 3 on the others. If you want a fan that really, really does the job, THIS IS IT!!!!.. If you buy no other fan, get this one because it works great as all the Lasko fans and heaters I've purchased over the yers have done....

This is the greatest fan I have ever had. I’ve been using fans for more than 50 years but I’ve never had one as great as this one. It cools everything down in just minutes! Just this summer alone I’ve gone through 6 fans, all just were not good. Then I got this one and my needs were settled. It’s unbelievable just how great this is for such a fair price. After my family seeing this fan now 5 other households are loving this great fan in their homes also! Thank you for such a great product and for such a reasonable price

Bought this for my mom since she loved mine so much, i absolutely love this fan. I've had mine for years and it blows just like new. It has a really powerful motor and its pretty quiet for the amount of air it puts out. I highly recommend this product.

Pretty good fan when it way to hot inside but you dont want a $500 electric bill. Even on the lowest speed the air disburse is pretty strong and i'v considered buying another of these fans, not because there's anything wrong with the 1st one but theres plenty of spots in my house that can be cooled down and this fan works great. I would buy this if you want a good fan. Plain and simple.
