Terrific fan. Love the oscillation rate, the very nicely stepped speeds, the small footprint and the style. No setup troubles, nothing to assemble. Plug it in and start using. Remote does require batteries (not included), but the remote works very well and it is surprisingly convenient in a bedroom fan. It is not quiet on high, but we like that because the noise is not objectionable and provides a soothing mask for those annoying night-time or nap-time noises that disrupt sleep. We have a number of Lasko fans. They always work, they are always durable, and they are always fairly priced. Good company!

I am very pleased so far! Shipped super fast, doesn't take up much floor space, super high velocity but is actually fairly quiet! I've only used it intermittently since I received it a couple weeks ago, so hopefully it holds up long-term to earn 5stars instead. It does take a bit for the manufactured, almost burning electrical smell, to dissipate. I wish it was slightly taller (I'm 5'5" and the top of the unit comes just up to my hips) and that the open section of the vent panel wasn't just the top half but extended all through the panel, but it helps that you can adjust the airflow direction up and down like a car vent. Lastly, I'm hoping it's not going to be an issue that the vent panel doesn't comee off for cleaning and that the suggested brush attachment on a vacuum is sufficient. As long as this lasts at least a couple years, it will definitely be worth the splurge and I'd definitely buy several more!

best fan money can buy. it is extremely powerful and works wonderfully. i had one for two years and my kids broke it so i bought a new one,but it was working perfectly those 2 years. it is a little loud, but that's one of the reasons why i bought it again, for background noise.

I bought this fan to help circulate the air in a large, wide open living room area. And while I've only had the fan for 2 weeks now, I can say it is doing the job very well. I also like the fans simple, almost retro look and control panel. No digital read out with touch sensor buttons. Just a simple turn knob to adjust between 3 speed. And a button to push if you want the fan to oscillate.

Sub Par Quality, has a smell of burnt plastic. Even after 1 month still smell it.
