Purchased for grand-daughter and she is sleeping the best she has in a long time.

Firstly, item was delivered earlier than expected, which was great! Box was damaged/open; however, inside packaging was intact. 
My son says mattress is comfortable But after only 2 weeks there’s significant bunching.. something’s not quite right.

Something’s not quite Right

My daughter has been sleeping on this mattress for three weeks now and loves it.  She says it is very comfortable - not too firm, not too soft. I bought the hybrid because she does not like a really firm mattress.  It is a nice middle of the road feel between firm and soft.
