Great value! Very happy with the quality of the product considering the reasonable price. I only wish the cord was longer. Be careful the mop doesn't fall over if you're walking away to unplug it and move it elsewhere because the lid will pop off the reservoir and water will spill everywhere.

Tried this product on my hard wood floors, as well as, my low pile rugs. Easy gliding on both surfaces. Plush cleaning cloth allows for deep cleaning. Triangle shape head allows for getting into corners and along moldings. Only using water no need to buy any chemicals. I recommend for easy of use and lightweight.

This steam mop is just wonderful. It's not heavy and heats up quickly. It really does an amazing job without having to lug around a mop and use chemicals. The steam is great at making harder to remove messes easier as it breaks it all down. The actual pad is easy to take on and off and clean.

My handyman told me this was the best way to clean both my luxury vinyl plank and tile floors. He was right! True & Tidy was well-priced. I found it maneuverable, reliable, easy to store and to get replacement pads. They really stand behind their product.

Bought this steamer. I used to have a shark. I have to say this one is lighter and works a bit better. It feels cheap because its so light but its very easy to use super light weight so if someone has physical limitations this would be great for them very powerful steam. Get replacement pads online from anywhere they work with it as well. Highly recommended better and more steam than the big names!!!

The carpet guard was broken when I took it out of the box but since it was the edge of the carpet guard that was chipped I wasn't too concerned. 2nd time I used it and took the pad off to wash 3 pieces of plastic broke off beneath where the pad attaches. The pad is thin and only got dirty around the edges of the pad.

The first time that I used the steam mop, I was in love!! Who have thought I can steam all my floors in 30 minutes!! No water left on the floor. Nothing but clean healthy floors! True and Tidy is a game changer for those who want to rid themselves of the old fashioned mop and dirty bucket! My back doesn't hurt and my floors looked excellent. Leaks water while using, doesn't clean as well as other steam mops, power cord is extremely short.

Works well, lots of steam. Only drawback is the length of the cord.
