Just received today & love it..did a great job of cleaning..wish it would've came with an extra mop head

Works but I wish the pad were thicker and it should come with 2 pads.

It does the job wonderfully. It got even the film that the Swiffer pads leave on my kitchen floor

Love the steamer does a good job. Have not used on my carpet as of yet.
