Bought as a gift

I LOVED using this steam mop for the small areas - tile and laminate floors. It worked wonderfully for the first few months, then it just stopped steaming. I cleaned it with vinegar, as recommended, although it was not clogged - I used bottled spring water prior to it malfunctioning. I do not recommend tis steam mop due to short life span and cost to replace it per manufacturer's warranty.

Disappointed

So far I love the mop. Super easy to use and I feel like my floors are clean. The power cord could be longer but I made it work.
