Great tasting, pleasant to look at, fresh, not strong tasting.

At first I was a bit skeptical since the slices are bigger than what I'm used to. However, this smoked salmon really melts in your mouth with flavor and texture! Perfect for a bagel and cream cheese breakfast or lunch any day!

I expected this salmon to be really good, as most Members Mark products are top notch. I was greatly disappointed. The taste and texture of this smoked salmon made it inedible for me and my family. It had the consistency of raw fish and tasted quite nasty, almost putrid. It almost seemed like it had gone bad. I won't be buying it again.

Roasted smoked salmon, more fishy taste, and Less firm in texture than regular North Atlantic smoked salmon.

The girlfriend and I usually splurge for this every so often for a breakfast change up. Good flavor and very enjoyable.

When I need a meal in a hurry, this provides the needed protein in the meal. Also good substitute for more sophisticated meals.
