I have been eating Smoked Salmon for 65 years and this is the VERY best I've ever had. It's tender, creamy and perfectly flavorful.

The girlfriend and I usually splurge for this every so often for a breakfast change up. Good flavor and very enjoyable.

Roasted smoked salmon, more fishy taste, and Less firm in texture than regular North Atlantic smoked salmon.
