We love using Downy to soften our clothes. It helps the color of our clothes last as well. The smell of the original scent is our favorite. I've tried other cheaper brands and noticed fading of colors and pilling on some of my shirts. More expensive but worth it to extend the life of your clothes. I've always used April Fresh scent until I recently discovered this scent. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I look like those people on the commercials that sniff everything it was washed with. My husband looks at me crazy, but it's a heavenly smell and I don't care how I look with my face stuffed in my blanket.

I was really nervous, at first, to use these Downy Unstoppables because I'm not a huge lavender scent lover, but these smell amazing! I use these primarily with my towels and bedding. The size of the bottles is great value too as it's very difficult to find this size of bottle at any store.

Downy was the fabric softener I grew up knowing the name of. It's all my mom used and the only brand I would use for many many years. It keeps clothes fresh and helps them keep their shape. I LOVE this stuff. The price is a little more than some other brands though. The higher price is the only down fall.

Love the classic scent of Downy April Fresh. It works well to refresh fabrics and add a light clean scent. Even with sensitive skin, Downy doesn't seem to bother us and we use it in every wash. I prefer to buy the refill milk carton type container so I don't have as much plastic waste in my trash.
