I use this product and my daughter's closet come out soft and smooth they also smell nice. The light blue bottle is very easy to use and it has a measuring cap to know how much product you're using. The pice is very good as well

Its very easy to use, can't go wrong. It has a nice, gentle scent that is comforting. It softens blankets and other soft items nicely, conditions items well.

Leaves clothes smelling absolutely amazing and soft. Even after wearing clothes all day, the scent lingers. It's like another layer of added fragrance when I walk out the door.

Ultra Downy April Fresh smells wonderful and makes our clothes soft. It's easy to add to the dispenser and doesn't leave a sticky film. The concentration is just right. Not too thick and not watered down.

This product leaves my clothing feeling soft and smelling great! I love the handle for easy pouring and the lid makes a great measuring cup! This product does not negatively affect my washer or leave residue.

Turned my white towels blue. And my shirts have blue splotches.

The container was just put into a box with a couple of other items. It was not wrapped in plastic or secured in any other way. The lid had come open a little and over half of it had leaked out and soaked the box. This is the second time in the last year this has happened. The first time it was my laundry detergent. :(

Have always used Downy

Downy is fine ... best softener out there. Our issue is the delivery. Sam's Club seems to gravitate towards the absolute cheapest carrier. In this case a FedEx contractor left the package on the edge of our 150 sq ft covered porch ... during a heavy thunderstorm. We assume he didn't have time to take another step.

Has a pleasant smell and leaves wash soft.
