I was sent this free sample and my opinions are my own this was the first time I've tried downy's fabric softener and wow the smell is so fresh and it's been a week since I washed my sheets and the smell is still there! I loved this I'll have to buy some more! I have now found my go to fabric softener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One more time P @ G has done it again! The Downy April Fresh is fantastic! I don't mind doing laundry now that such wonderful products are around to use. I have used many fabric softners in my time, but this is my favorite. The scent is clean, refreshing, and reminds my of afternoon showers. Please keep up the good work.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent of this is my absolute favorite thing. I love washing my bed sheets with this added in. They smell great after and are a lot softer. I highly recommend this for blankets, towels and sheets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard to tell the difference between fabric softeners, but my laundry (and the scent) was indeed fresh and clean. My dog sheds a lot, and I think the softener helped loosen up all of the fur. It does everything it claims to do - reduces wrinkles and prevents static. I would for sure use it again!

Downey's not what it used to be. I can't put my finger on when it changed but it's definitely changed and not for the good. It no longer has the same softening/anti-static effect as it used to. I have to add dryer sheets also. DEFINITELY does not smell the same either. Disappointed. I suppose the younger generation won't know the difference but I'm in the middle range and KNOW what it used to be like. I'm 55 and it was a much better product even just 10-15 years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel the need to start this review by saying I have been solidly in the pod camp for years! I have used various brands of pods, but ultimately, it has negated the need for me to buy fabric sofetner seperately. I didn't think it would make a difference. After using Downy April Fresh, I must say it does make a difference. First, the scent is fabulous. I like a fresh scent, but there is a fine line between a nice scent and overpowering. This product strikes the perfect balance. I used this on a load of color tshirts first time around. My shirts came out nice and soft and fresh. The colors looked good as well, though I can't determine if that was specifically related to this product. I can say that it didn't damage the colors in any way. I have some issues with static when I use pods. I had absolutely no static after using this product on my first load, and I haven't noticed any since either. That is probably my favorite aspect of Downy April Fresh. The product claims to reduce pilling and fuzz. I can't speak to this specifically. I did not notice any specific decrease in these issues, but being unable to substantiate this claim didn't take away from its value, in my opinion. Overall, I really like this product, and I will be purchasing it in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My roommate and I both love this product, mainly because of how it smells. Best part about it is that the scent is long-lasting and keeps are sheets and clothes smelling nice longer than what we are using before. Before trying this product I would always just use a dryer sheet but product will be my new favorite. It is also super affordable which girls on a budget LOVE ;) Definitely will purchase this product again when we run out of this bottle.

I love Downy!! I got to try it from Influenster and it is awesome I love the smell and how soft it makes my clothes in my bed blanket it's the best to just freshly get your sheets and blanket wash crawl into bed and have the downy smell engulfing you wouldn't use anything else

This product comes out of the bottle as a gummy mess. Even after one adds water to the dispenser, the Downy tends to clog up the dispensing apparatus. Worst of all, their web site does not allow me to share my complaint with them. Now, I am stuck with 90 fl. oz. of nice smelling goo.

We have tried many different fabric softeners over the years. We always come back to Downy and particularly love Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner. It simply works and my family loves the smell when putting on their clothes...and strangers love it too! Move over Old Spice, this is the scent that is attractive to everyone!
