I haven't used Downy in a long time but was excited to get a free sample from Influenster and gladly started pouring some in my washing machine with each load. The smell took me back to my teen years as my best friend always smelled like Downey's fabric softener. I did find a few greasy looking spots that I'm guessing were from the fabric softener but it didn't do it the second load so it could have just been a mishap. All in all a great product. A bit pricey in store but there are always coupons floating around and it really is much better than the off brands!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer! It made my blankets and sheets so soft! Those are mainly what I want my fabric softener to work its magic on and Downy far surpassed my expectations. Plus, the scent is great! I love that when I put the clean blankets and sheets on my bed and couch in my bedroom it really freshened the entire room. I would highly recommend Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical before using Downy Liquid Fabric Conditioner, I figured my dryer sheets were good enough. The April Frest scent alone proved me wrong. Not only did it leave my dirtiest laundry smelling like April flowers. My clothes were noticeably softer, fluffy and huggable. There’s no stiffness or leftover residue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fabric softener and have since I was a child. it makes your Laundry so soft and it makes your laundry smell wonderful. It is my favorite fabric softener and I would recommend it to anyone. I hope the manufacturer never stops making it because I couldn't do without it!

I'm so disappointed I used this product. My entire load of laundry had blue strikes all over every piece! I've tried washing the clothes again but the stains are still there. Some of the clothes were brand new! Not what I expected from such a name brand product.

This fabric softner I believe can kill any bad smell. I placed the bottle in a small closet and coulr literally smell it every time I opened the door. I love pulling my clothes out of the dryer and smelling this come out. While the softness is not to much of a difference then when I don't use it the fact that the fresh smell last on my clothes for days and even weeks after , is the reason that I keep coming back to this brand. I received this product free in exchange for my honest feedback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell of Downy fabric softener. I also live in the desert so static cling is kept at bay when I use Downy. One of my biggest pet peeves with a fabric softener is that it can leave stains (like oil stains?) on thin fabric. I've never had that happen with Downy. Plus the fact that the smell lasts so long is a bonus!

I love the product and I’ve used it for years. My complain is that the caps are on too tightly. They’re obviously machine tightened and I have to hunt down a man in the store to loosen the cap for me before I check out. I can’t open them myself anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently in the throes of deep cleaning my home. When I received the Downy, I decided to use it to wash all my curtains and bed linens. Let me just say, using Downy on the curtains could not have been a better decision. Every room smelled like a little slice of heaven. I only wish it wasn’t quite so hot outside, then I could open the windows and let the breeze drift the smell.

My husband wears blue jeans to work and since I tried Ultra Downy his pants are softer and they don't require as much ironing. I don't know if wrinkle control is supposed to be a benefit but it does seem to help. The smell is light and fresh which is nice; I don't feel like my clothes are competing with my perfume. Static cling has been eliminated from my laundry! I will definitely be buying this product. I received Ultra Downy® April Fresh Fabric Softener for free to test, but all opinions are my own.
