We absolutely love the 2450! We love the large monitor and placement of speed, elevation, volume and fan adjustment “buttons”. Also, as a person who very quickly becomes bored when running or walking alone, I cannot say enough good things about the iFIT trainers! They are so motivating and encouraging and their knowledge about exercise physiology and the locations they are training in have helped me achieve goals I never thought possible at my age. We’ve had to travel quite a bit since receiving our 2450 and I can hardly wait to get back home and on the treadmill. This was definitely a wide investment for us!

We enjoyed the very responsive support on line to our queries by the customer folks, Jordan Hill. This went a long way for a smooth delivery, assembly and integration in our iFIT subscription. Well done Jordan and team. Having someone to e mail goes a long way.

We have only had this machine for a few weeks but so far I have enjoyed running in Portugal, Costa RIca and Tanzania! The 2450 is powerful yet not excessively loud and also easy on the knees; the degree of incline is so great and seamless in its' transitions. The delivery was prompt, respectful, and set up was fast and very neat. They also graciously removed my very heavy old treadmill. Tanner, my salesperson, was so helpful - met with me virtually and then answered several follow up emails, each almost immediately. So far, an excellent purchase and with a package of 5 iFIT accounts, helping my entire family be healthier!

I purchased the Commercial 2450 in June 2023. I have loved everything about it. The 22" monitor is perfect (although it took me a little while to get used to as it is so big) and the machine functions very well. I mostly use the treadmill with iFit trainer led videos (running all around the world); I really like that the speed and incline are adjusted automatically based on the program. It pushes me to do things out of my comfort zone that I might not normally do. I also occasionally do manual runs. I like the feature that it folds up while not in use, which is not very often with NJ winters. I can't speak to how easy it is to set up initially as I had it done professionally... worth the extra money if you ask me. I highly recommend the 2450 and the iFit membership.

Pros: - The screen is large and beautiful - The IFIT program is great - started out with no intention of using it, but got hooked Cons: - The treadmill belt is squeaky - very very annoying - the treadmill belt ‘give’ isn’t great. It feels much harder than I would expect for this price.

This is a high quality and solid piece of machine. It is a key element for my workout routine and I am very happy with its purchase. Jordan Hill provided me great customer support prior and after the purchasing process. He was respectful and flexible with my needs and timings and he made sure the equipment was received in perfect shape and it has been functioning properly throughout the time. I highly recommend the 2450 model if you are looking for a robust and reliable treadmill.

It was a Christmas present for my wife who is an ardent jogger. She loves it because she no longer has to juggle her workout times because of cold weather and rain. We had it assembled and thank goodness because it is large and heavy. Extremely happy with the purchase.

I received the NodicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill (NTL19124) for an honest review, I absolutely love the decline feature of this treadmill. At first I thought I would feel like I was being thrown forward, but that was not the case. The decline feature helps me bring a great element of outdoor running onto the tread.

I had a NordicTrack i11 incline trainer that I used for running and incline training for over 10 years. I recently upgraded to the new Commercial 2450 treadmill. The new machine is working out great. The large screen has excellent video quality. I was on the fence about which machine in this series to purchase and I'm glad I chose the 2450 with the large screen size as it creates an immersive experience. There are a host of programs where you can hike or run in different locations around the world with different trainers guiding your workout. The programs are interactive and engaging. This is a very nice upgrade from the previous google maps programs. I did have one small issue with the adaptive training setting, but NordicTrack were very responsive and helped me resolve the problem straight away. I always dread this time of year when it gets too cold and dark to run outside, but with this new treadmill, running inside is turning out to be fun!

When I first acquired the treadmill, I was first fearful of durability. Thoughts of it breaking down just after warranty was my concern, so I had my whole family of six adults beat upon that thing hard enough for months. But it didn’t break. And now everyone is satisfied and we’re now down to our less frequent routines of once or twice a week, it is serving us faithfully. This treadmill is robust, reliable, comfortable to your feet, and it is simple to use and maintain. I have received the care kit, though I am yet to use it. I just dust it off with my clean paintbrushes every weekend. If I were to lower my ratings, it’ll not be by a whole star— maybe just a tenth because of your relationship with iFit; it complicates things a little because I want to use manual mode with my own music or quietly but still be able to save my workout without having to pay a ransom to iFit. Because of that I removed one stay anyway.
