The people that put the machines together didn't do a good job. within weeks one of the machines was either missing a part or it came off and we have been unable to use since then.

We truly enjoy the experience we are getting out of the 2450! The screen is amazing, the classes are fun, the sound is great, the fan works well, and the treadmill it self performs amazingly!

Was easy to assemble, works great. The heart band keeps the workout within the recommended effort scope. The large screen makes you feel like you are actually there.

Purchased the 2450 on 5-27-2023. We love this treadmill as well as the iFit Trainers, Tommy Rivs and others. Together they have changed our lives! No issues with the treadmill to date.

Love our 2450 treadmill. Living in Michigan it is nice to run indoors during the winter months. I like to run at night, so this works well. The IFit program of locations and trainers help make the run more enjoyable.

We love our new Nordic Track but was more impressed at how seamless the process was in acquiring one. Our Rep Ryan was amazing and answered all of my numerous questions with patience and professionalism!!

From time to time the screen flashes and goes dark. I have called technical support multiple times. They are very unhelpful and take hours to get a hold of. I have gone through all troubleshooting protocols listed.

What a great machine. I have strongly disliked treadmills in the past BUT the NordicTrack is SO awesome!!!! I love it. One day I’m running in the Azores and the next day I’m in Switzerland.

Great Machine. My wife and I use it just about everyday. I use the I-Fit running videos and have really enjoyed them. I have had a couple issues with my Apple Airpods bluetooth connectivity. Thanks!
