it was not very easy to setup and it was disappointing with the shipping process in receiving it with no advanced warning and we were out of town. The unit is good to use with I Fit, but it is hard to find what I am looking for as far as the exercise is concerned.

The Commercial 2450 is my second NordicTrack treadmill and definitely my favorite! The design comfortably accommodates runners / walkers of all sizes. It's comfortable for me (a petite runner) and my very tall husband. The tread surface is comfortable, the IFit workouts are great, and the screen is easy to adjust to ensure a comfortable experience without straining while running / walking. Highly recommend this treadmill!

The purchase experience with Jordan is 5 star. I really appreciated that he was able to deal with the remoteness of my location and my somewhat reticence with the online thing. A majority of companies will not ship product to Alaska. the assembly experience was difficult not five star. There was one connector that just would not go together and it took many many many attempts. Also, it would be an improvement if a temp prop for holding up the track was provided for the assembly instead of having to rely of getting a friend. Overall the unit seems to be functioning well but is noisy when making incline adjustments almost like it needs oil or grease or something.

Got the 2450 about a month ago. Since then I've completed about 20 runs with Tommy Rivs' Iberian running series. Such a great way to get back into fitness. The workouts are great and the machine feels solid. I enjoy the fact that the treadmill self adjusts to the workout speed and inclines. Super happy with the purchase.

I love having the ability to hop on my treadmill anytime of the day. Temperatures of 100+ or below 30, I can still get a little exercise. I also like going to New Zealand, Italy or Iceland. I am struggling with determining a relative difficulty increase or decrease of my iFit series workouts. So if I finish a series and want to start a new one, how do I move up in difficulty within a category (beginner, intermediate,etc.). Not a huge deal but a point of confusion.

I received an assembled my new NordicTrack 2450 approximately one month ago and I am extremely happy with the machine. I love the extra wide ultra high definition screen. The machine looks great in my room and has lots of great features that I enjoy. I signed up for a family subscription with iFit and my wife and I are able to track out workouts separately and seamlessly. There is a tremendous amount of content to pick from. You can walk, jog, or run virtually around the world ranging from 5ks to marathons, to cool hikes. I received an incentive from the company to provide my genuine and honest feedback. I highly recommend the 2450 and I have no regrets.

I can't believe I am a person who looks forward to getting on my treadmill. It's the first thing I want to do when I get home. My husband and I put it together no problem. It's easy to lift and clean under and around. I definitely recommend the IFit subscription as well.

The Nordictrack 2450 treadmill is a great addition to our gym equipment and will give our members many different options and ways to get in some cardio. There are a ton a different workout and the range of incline is amazing. I like that it feels solid while running or jogging on it. Other treadmills we had weren’t as well built and made a lot of noise while running.

Delivery was not as described. Instructions explained having IFIT account set up online so delivery personnel could assist in set up but they plugged it in and left. My first workout was spent attempting to contact customer support which went for 15 min until I gave up and dove into the assembly instructions. Every step I took would slow the treadmill down and then speed back up. I weigh 200 pounds so well below the weight limit. I adjusted the tension as discovered in the manual and it improved. Then I discovered that the speed/distance is off 10%. Treadmill reads 6mph but is actually 5.5. At this price point I was hoping for better. I sent a message through IFIT through the app several days ago but have still not heard back. I’m really hoping this is a correctable issue.

I love most of the features of this treadmill, especially that it has a decline. I gave it 4 stars, however, because it can’t be used without the iFIT program. There is no manual mode if you are not connected to WiFi. And I wish the iFIT had internet capability to be able to watch Netflix. Other than that I love that we can create our own routes using the map feature and therefore can run almost anywhere in the world!
